“Small hotel with limit all inclusive options. Buffet not really a buffet. They are stingy with towels. No room service. No beverages in the room. DO NOT BOOK THE SUITE! We had to relocate due to no a/c, low water pressure, no jacuzzi, room smells like urine. The hotel is walking distance from the fish fry which is the only plus.”

“Rooms are on the 2nd floor or above, no elevator, you either pay someone to take your bags to the room or lug them up 2 or more flights - was not easy. The beach is close but the seaweed there turns it brown, so it seems a bit uninviting. Price was good”

“First off it’s a small place but that doesn’t take away anything. Its gorgeous!!!! Staff is beyond helpful. It has an amazing restaurant up top and is close to a lot of things. You will not be disappointed if you book this. We just celebrated our honeymoon there and already planning out next trip back.”

“I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this resort. We were three women traveling together, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel unwelcome. The lack of friendliness was noticeable throughout our stay, particularly from several of the female staff members. It was honestly uncomfortable how we were treated. “Our stay at the Royalton Vessence Barbados was absolutely amazing. They didn’t have all restaurants open and I kind of expected that as they had only been open for a couple weeks prior to us coming. However, they did an amazing job at rotating which places would be open at a time. The food was great.
