客室の清掃は行き届いていて良かった。スタッフの対応も良かった。枕は自分の好みでは無かったが致し方ない。朝食ビュッフェもバリエーションに富んでいて満足しました
ホテルとは関係ないが、歓楽街のすぐ側であることと土曜日の夜ということで賑やかな声が夜中に聞こえてしまうのは残念でした

いつもお世話になってます。朝食が良かったです。前の日に食べすぎたせいで、胃もたれしていたので雑炊か、お粥があればなお良かったですが、満足でした。

部屋も大浴場も最高でした！夜20時頃のチェックインの夜ご飯がまだで、方向オンチなので、受け付けの方にホテルから一番近いご飯屋さんを教えてもらいました✨
とても丁寧に分かりやすい地図を用意してくださり、マーカーで場所の目印をつけてホテルの裏側ですと教えてくれました！そこの居酒屋さんとても美味しかったのでありがとうございました！また必ず利用させていただきます！
