"They advertised having several restaurants one of which was the buffet which they charge over ¥5,000 for and they weren't even serving anything other than dessert and one type of meat even though they advertised it as having many different types of food. Only one of the other restaurants was open and there is only one other restaurant in town that serves dinner. The rugs and sheets and everything were stained and the hallway rugs looked like they hadn't been cleaned since installation 30 years...

"Only stayed here one night but it was a lovely hotel by the sea. Everything you wanted was available and the staff went out of their way to help you. The rooms are very large and whilst the bathroom was a little dated it didn't mater. There is a lovely spa which I had a lovely massage there as well as a did in the pool. There is also a lovely bar and lounge are to chill in and gave a drink. Worth the drive to get there."

"I feel bad leaving a negative review because the staff were very friendly, and they were doing their best with limited resources and staff, in an old building. I guess the owner doesn't feel like spending any money on the place. "Can only describe this hotel as a haunted mansion or house of horrors. Our kids called it Luigi’s mansion lol. The smell of dust and mold was so bad that we had to check-out five minutes after check-in!! Everything about the place was horrific, the lobby was dark and dingy, the lights in the narrow hallways were out, the floors on the building were uneven, and the smell was just awful. The whole building is a health hazard and I cannot recommend anyone go near. I don’t know how the staff...
