「Fruit could be fresher. Maybe bananas instead of apples. And bagels. Boiled eggs in the fridge on the weekend. And bacon instead of sausage. Otherwise very friendly staff. 「Room was exactly as pictured, most amazing view of Nubble Light with breathtaking Sunrise!!! Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful but the bed was old and horrible will have to buy a mattress topper for next time, and those chairs aren't comfortable either but the view is fantastic!!!」

「The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was fair/okay, some of the bread and muffins were stale but the scrambled eggs and waffles were great. Also not a lot of seating for breakfast. The pool and pool area were mostly clean and good for family swimming. The staff were friendly and personable. Overall it was a very nice hotel and a great value.」
