"Lance was a great communicator. Answered all our questions and had recommendations for things to see and do. The location was fantastic with plenty of opportunities to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!"
Ocean Surf at York Beach

"Stayed in a king room with a partial ocean view and found it to be adequate. The property is very cute and I loved the surf vibes. The bed was comfy and everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. The room itself was a bit tight, especially the bathroom with its small shower. I was also surprised at the lack of places to put things. Aside from the bed and one small nightstand there was no furniture in the room. Another table, dresser or even some hooks on the wall would have made a huge difference. The bathroom also could do with some wall hooks so that there’s places to hang the towels. The room had an outdoor sitting area, which is where you have to go to see the ocean. It’s shared with the room next door tho. Wasn’t anyone there when I stayed but I imagine if they were full you’d get to know your neighbors."

"House is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Bed was extra comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. House is very well situated. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again! Thank you!"

"Lance, who is the host, was so easy to work with and even brought along a warm pie and wine (thank you). The property was perfect for my large family and was in close proximity to York Beach as well as the Kittery Outlets. I would recommend this property to others. Thanks Lance for the stay!"
