「Nice property, clean, nicely furnished. well maintained, and friendly staff. The facility is L-shaped with a pool and courtyard/common area in the middle. A busy street separates the property from the actual beach. We were in a 3rd floor room with a balcony. We had a limited view of the ocean but we could at least hear the waves breaking on the beach, especially at high tide. 「The property was old, dingy and very dated. Dirty carpets, rusted light fixtures, bed linens ripped, stained and towels were old, dirty and discolored. Everything was about 60 years old with no updates. Location was great but would NOT recommend staying here. There are 3 other updated hotels similar price next to this one.」

「Our stay at the Towne Lyne Motel was great! The room was clean and had some modern touches with the lighting. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy too. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a weekend getaway to Ogunquit!」

「Pros: Quiet , clean pool , clean grounds , balcony , close to beaches and shopping areas, nice staff. Cons: terrible internet connection , TVs kept freezing, carpet, mold in bathroom, breakfast was not good, 10-15 min waits to both check in and check out.」
