“I was not told of or see any spa. I paid for full english breakfast during my stay but only got it once when i complained. Bathroom door broken and after i complained was moved to an other room which have cold water and toilet not flushing well. Lights went off but generator not able to light the place for over 3 hrs until light came back. The man looking after the please does not seems to care at all . Terrible road to the place. Moved out after 2 days even though i paid full. Will not……

“Yes, the pool is nice the staff were helpful and accommodating. I will be returning again hopefully soon. Look no where is perfect, if you want perfection then stay home. While here, i felt safe and welcomed. We had a shared bathroom but i never felt rushed. The TV works but limited channels but you have access to wifi so bring your own tablet. Sometimes the lights go out but they have a generator. There is a small store next door to purchase water. The neighborhood is friendly i never felt……

As someone that doesn't leave reviews often is well travelled ( 12 countries last year alone!) and fussy about where I lay my head for a good nights sleep I cannot recommend Rooftop enough. not only is it a beautiful space and environment its also the people that work there the owner, security the staff and bar team are all incredible no ask is too big or too small and they will go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. My room was incredible, I felt like a princess……

It started with the fee to check in early $1500 dalasi (no one can control when their flights come in) you should be able to check in early if the hotel is not full and your guys were definitely not full the 3 weeks that I stayed. We got to our room and the toilet wouldn't flush and we had no AC. After traveling I couldn't even stand in the room because I couldn't breathe. I went to reception and they were going to charge $1000 dalasi a day which would have……

You had to pay if you wanted one.i paid to stay for one week i check out the next day. In to i ither hotel cheeper and a hole two bedroom property self contained i would not recommend this hotal the manger was rude. And no refund. Very bad experiences ”
