Al final pedí una pizza y el chico dijo que la dehars pagada y me la subiría al apartamento. Al cabo de una hora y media, me viene con media pizza fría y llena de salsa picante. Una broma de MUY mal gusto.」

「Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall」

「We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man.」

「Helpful staff」

「There are not enough word to describe my horrendous experience with this establishment. Firstly, upon check my reservation was incorrect and missing. Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. 「Breakfast included was a plus and a good variety and tasty. Room had a smell for the first few days but housekeeping came everyday and soon the smell was gone. Back up generator was useful kicked in everything. Internet was spotty at times but we managed to watch several episodes of shows. The garden was marvelous and the ocean was everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating all and all great value for the money.」

「I stayed at this hotel several times. This time around they had replaced the air handling units for the air conditioning…. The rooms weren’t getting cold on the 1st floor so imagine how it will be on the 2nd floor…. So any way I complained about the situation… there wasn’t nothing that could be done on there end so I had to suffer but not to much」

「Der Garten wurd gepflegt,aber die Liege am Pool bedürfen eine Reinigung. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. War jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort,der ganze Unterkumft ist etwas runtergekommen. Es wird nicht investiert oder erneuert. Für ein kurzer Aufenthalt ist es okay,aber bei längeren Aufenthalt fallen schon ein paar Sachen ins Auge. 「Staff is very helpful」

「Staff were friendly and very helpful, all along. Someone checked in on my name. The person used the facilities, left unclean before us. They had to take his stuffs out of the flat for us to be in there that night. I still cannot believe that was possible without verification. We had issues with the front door for few days until it was finally fixed properly. There are builders building and refurbishment going on which is good for the hotel but early morning noise from builders wasn’t nice...
