「The place was simple, very neat and clean. All the soap dispensers, except for hand soap in the bathroom were empty! No paper towels in the kitchen, just an empty cardboard tube! Also, no iron or hair dryer, and no oven (if this is needed). Otherwise, without these amenities, the place was nice. Owner should warn future guests not to lock the bottom door when leaving. We locked ourselves out because we locked the door knob. The neighborhood was just okay. If you have a car and plan to spend time...

「It was fairly clean except for mold around tubs and large stain in back bedroom carpet. Towel rack broken and missing in back bathroom. Neighborhood is deteriorating a lot of trash on street. Overall nice experience but would most likely not come back. The 10 am check out is pretty early especially when you can't check in until 4. Overall good stay」

「This was our second stay in past 3 Months at this property. We had 3 adults so we stayed in the 2 Bedroom apartment. The location is perfect for our needs to be in both Georgetown and in DC proper. The beds are VERY comfortable and having a big living room is a huge plus. Tedd is an Awesome host. Communication is clear and easy with host. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants great location and comfortable accommodations.」

「The place was great. Even as presented online! Very spacious. Very clean and updated furnishing. Lots of options for television entertainment. Kindness and helpfulness of the owner was much appreciated. Our only suggestion is to get a railing for the steps going to the lower level.」

「This property was in excellent condition. A wonderful place to go “home” to every night after our day in DC. Public transportation is nearby so you can just park your vehicle and ride. One of the best places we have stayed.」

「The location was very good and the house is cute and cozy. We loved the wine we were gifted and the neighborhood was close enough to major attractions but also far enough that you got some much needed quiet and calm.」

「Our family of 8 adults spent 4 nights/5 days visiting DC. Staying in Arlington was convenient with the 10 minute walk to the Metro. Seven Eleven was right around the corner for convenience of picking up essentials. We drove to Whole Foods for groceries. But we also had Uber to the same area to do some shopping and eating out. Very safe and clean neighborhood. The house easily housed all of us with more options to sleep. When we arrived we noticed we had no propane for the fire pit and Kelly was...

「The stove we tried to use but couldn’t get it to get hot. The burners would turn on but continuously clicked like trying to light but was lit already. If you turned it down it turned off. Great location for us and other than trying to cook thing were great」
