Rooms lacked microwaves, so we could not bring back our leftover food from restaurants we visited, and the bathrooms lacked ventilation. The staff was Amazing, they were very attentive, helpful and supportive and always had a smile on their face, no matter the time of day/night, they were always willing to help however they could. Despite my two "complaints" above, this hotel is very conveniently located, it was worth every dime, and I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time in Aruba and both times we stayed at the Barceló…it was great. The rooms and pool could use a bit of an upgrade but overall we had a great time. Staff was professional cordial.
