"Big parking lot, beautiful views "

"The room was very clean. The breakfast had a great selection. The staff was friendly."

"Room “looked clean”, but once you’ve walked in you’re hit with a wet carpet smell that doesn’t go away. Bed and sheets didn’t have a bad smell. Shower had visible brown water stains almost like the water was not good to use. Did not use shower. Slept a couple hrs and left."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my two-nights stay at Charlotte Hotel. The property is charming and in excellent condition. The breakfast I ate in the on-site restaurant was delicious. The location is conveniently located within walking of restaurants, cafe, pub and a community theater. I would definitely stay here again."

"Nice quiet location. Directions to the house were good. Check in was easy. House was comfortable for 8 people.The host and VRBO support team were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there was a fish and chicken legs in the freezer that were old and should have been removed before we arrived."

"This was great place, especially since we need to make our reservation on short notice. Everything we needed for ourselves and our cats was there and it really is convenient to town and shopping. It snowed while we were there so it wasn’t exactly beach weather, but it was cozy."

"The cottage is a cute cozy little place, great for a simple couples getaway. One of the hosts (Cat I believe) stopped to make sure we were doing ok and offered fresh eggs. Weather was rough that weekend and had some water issues admittedly potentially my fault. Host was EXTREMELY accommodating and immediately moved us to another cabin for remainder of stay. Can not say enough good things about both the host and the property. Absolutely wonderful stay on the Eastern Shore, probably best VRBO experience I've ever had."
