"The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and we took advantage of the free shuttle to and from the train station to allow us to do an excursion and also used the shuttle for the airport drop off. The driver for the shuttles were friendly and the airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful making sure we got to the correct terminal and put our luggage on board. The staff also helped us weigh our luggage as well as we packed the night before our departure. I would recommend this place for sure and I would come back here when I return to Japan and need a place to stay close to the airport. Even though it is far from the city- it’s a good place to stay if need to be at the airport for an early flight or don’t want to deal with traffic on the roads or trains. The seven eleven a few mins walk from the hotel was very handy. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with a stunning onsen on the 12th floor. We had very helpful associates from check in to luggage storage and check out. We highly recommend this hotel and will return when we visit Japan in the future. "

"Room was very clean. Staff were very professional and courteous. Restaurant menu needs a bit more variety. Also the train station nearby had limited trains coming through so next station is a better option when travelling. "

"I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel. Its an airport hotel, so the main benefit is the closeness to Haneda airport and there's a shuttle to get you to the airport (but not from the airport to the hotel). Its a very quick (<2 min) walk from the nearest train station to the hotel. The rooms were large (esp for Japan), and well appointed. Check in and out were easy. I would definitely go back, especially if I had a late night entry to Haneda or an early exit from Japan. Would recommend."

"Great hotel. One of the best and most spacious hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Hotel was clean and in great shape. Staff were all great. Beautiful garden and koi pond at the hotel. Short walk to the Shinagawa station. Not a whole lot around the hotel besides the train station."
