「Good out of season price. Well fitted-out hotel, slightly strange as few staff about but it was a decent, slightly better than basic stay. 」

「One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in at Blackpool so far and I've stayed in a few over the years! The breakfast wasn't cooked but there was no waiting time, plenty of choice and easier for kids to navigate themselves. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself! 」

「Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however. Runway is very handy...

「on a positive note the room was clean, quiet and the hotel was ideally located for our plans in Blackpool on the weekend However the room was small, dingy with lots of wear and tear that certainly needs repair and upgrading, especially the terrible sliding bathroom door. 」

「Bed wasnt level it , it dropped to one side so when you lay down you could tell, it was also very creaky so every time you moved it would make a loud sound, the toilet/bathroom door wouldnt close from the outside which ment the cold draft and light would come into the room at night and with the door next to the bed it wasnt ideal, there was also a damp patch on the wall this was noticed by the huge bubble in the paint work 」
