As long as you don’t leave the premises it’s fine

The condo was nice but the living room furniture needs replacing. We were on the ninth floor and one of the elevators didn’t work much of the time we were there. If you left the complex to go to dinner or anywhere else you didn’t walk, it was impossible to get a parking place back at the unit. You had to pay 25 per night for overnight parking plus a shuttle service to get you back to the condo. The condo is in a beautiful location, but given the problems with the elevator and the parking lot. I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Clean, comfy, but outdated

Pros: Very clean, nice linens, mattresses, updated bathrooms. Spacious living area and kitchen, big pantry/storage. Good location. Good parking.Cons: Living area furniture is old, and broken. Kitchen appliances need updating, Keurig-type machine and bar ice machine is necessary as there is no ice machine on property and the freezer ice maker produces 2 cubes/hour. The master bed frame has sharp corners and we are both bruised. All in all, a good stay. We would rent again.

Do not recommend

NO PARKING!!!! We had to park over a block away and pay $24 a day for that and walk across 4 lanes of traffic not safe at all especially with kids and we only had 1 car! It’s ridiculous I did call liquid life to complain but they wasn’t much help one person did say she was going to put in for them to reimburse me for the money I was out but I never heard back from anyone. I did have some maintenance issues they did come “fix” some of them we made it work for the week but never again I have rented from Liquid life before and had great experiences however after this experience will never again but especially stay clear of Enclave building itself when I was panicking about not having anywhere to park I called liquid life they said ask the security guard the security guard Mike told us and everyone else to “google it” we will never be back

Great place to stay for a family vacation

Went to Orange Beach with family for a week. This was the best place I’ve stayed in my last 3 years of visiting and will probably book again in the future.

Everything i had hoped for

Great location and easy access. Grocery stores were very close by. Everything worked in the unit and the beds were very comfortable. Pickle-ball court was a surprise and appreciated. Overall very satisfied. I booked for next year.

Great experience

It was an overall great experience with the place. Couple things that we found which was from the hurricane was water damage on some of the furniture and floors but not very noticable. The dryer did not work at all so we had to drive all of our clothes on the balcony. Other than that it was a fantastic stay! Beautiful place with awesome views!!

Exactly as pictured, needs some updating and extra supplies

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. The condo was as pictured and clean. There are some items that need updating/repair but did not retract from our enjoyment of the property. I would recommend to the property manager that if you are having a large party stay for an extended time to have more than one trash bag, more that 3 partial rolls of toilet paper, more than 1 roll of paper towel, and extra dish washing powder. We utilize VBRO often and this is the first property where items from previous vacationers have not been left nor any provisions for high use items like toiletries. We had no problem getting what we needed from Wal-Mart across the street. Overall, we had a lovely time and would use the property again in the future.

Clean but needs many updates

We walked in and on first impression the property was nice and clean but very old appliances. As the week went on we noticed how run down the place was. The wall paper was peeling off in certain places. The washer and dryer had many rust spots. The dishwasher was very old but it worked, loudly. Carpet was clean but stained. If the place gets updated I would gladly stay here again, but for a vacation I'm looking for a little better amenities.

Nasty

We ended up having to switch condos because of the disgusting state the condo was in. The condo needs a complete overhaul. There was blood stains on the chairs. The couch was so gross we couldn’t let the kids sit on it. There was a soiled mattress in the master room closet. There were bags of trash left over from the last clients. The trundle mattress was missing. It smelled like mold. Until this condo is gutted I do not recommend anyone staying here.

Could use a little TLC, Overall Great

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, more towels would've been appreciated for a group of 10. The outside handle of the master bedroom balcony door is broke and some peeling of wallpaper and paint. But nothing that would deter me from booking here in the future. The beds were super comfy, pools clean and it was a great price. Perfect area.

100% functional and

This condo met all our needs - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, great view, excellent facility, washer/dryer and a kitchen. Having said that, the place is not well maintained. As other reviews stated, wall paper coming off, broken tile, broken blinds, no TV remote, and overall out dated. If you can get over the look of the place, this should be great for you. Think it should be cheaper than it was because other units in same complex had been updated, with same amenities and not that much more $$. The master bedroom has broken blinds and thin curtains so bring a sleep mask or risk waking up at 6am by a beautiful sun. Make sure to get WiFi password early in day because they do not respond to messages after 7pm. The picture of balcony is incorrect- there is no table that will fit a group- just a small table for 2. Read descriptions of beds because pictures do not match what is there. Parking was awful over Memorial Day weekend but better during the week. The complex has lots of carts to help you unload/load. Elevators were fast. Both pools were a nice break from the ocean.

First trip to the gulf

Nice place needs updating, missing blinds and curtains in the bedroom, garbage disposal didn’t work, needs a secondary lock on the front door my 4year old could easily open not much staff on hand at location other than a security guard. But was a clean place good location just needs some updates and maintenance

Condo could use updating, enjoyed the area,

we loved the area. The condo size was perfect for my family, although the condo could use many updates. The shower doors in the 2nd bedroom didnt work, the kitchen faucet leaked. Just some tender loving care could make the condo a great place to stay.
