Condo spacious. Easy access to everything. Loved the balcony. Condo could have been cleaned better. Lots of dust under barstools,beds, and some red material spilled behind tv stand.

USA of Alabama SOFTBALL WORLD SERIES 2025

we came to play… and… play we did… our condo was just as described… clean.. spacious… and a wonderful retreat from the heat… the only issues were that the refrigerator leaked a bit.. and… the mirrored glass door handles fell off… it was just the adhesive gave way… we really enjoyed our stay.. and … we would rent this condo again!!! MS MAGIC 8U SOFTBALL!!!

Poor service

Not as clean as it appear in the internet. Limited communication portal. We stayed 3 days and the Towels are only good for 1 day for whole family Ripped off rate Only 1 car parking and it’s hard to get a spot always full parking

NEEDS PEST CONTROL

This condo has a mouse problem. They had two traps set up when we arrived so they definitely already aware of this. We actually saw a mouse run across the kitchen counter. We bought our own traps and ended up catching 3. I did notify the management company with this and a couple of other issues we had - and while they did send someone out to address the toliet issues, there response when I sent them a picture of a caught mouse.... "yes, that is a beach mouse". Then never heard from them again. Very disappointed in that. I am from the country so I have had experience with Mice but I know my friend who was staying down the hall would have not slept in there if she saw one. I looked back at some recent reviews and it seems that this looks like its been a problem for sometime. I wish I would have seen those reviews before I booked it for sure. Also, there were a couple of ladies a few floors up that said they had a rat in their condo. I personally will never book in Summer House again. The one plus I will say for this condo was the under cabinet Ice Machine. That was a nice touch.

Everything was great except

This property is in need of professional pest control. That and the sliding door is extremely hard to open and close. Everything else was great. The property manager was responsive and professional, the beds were very comfortable, view and deck was fantastic.

Our vacation

This condo was okay, beautiful ocean view, Just didn’t care for the roaches and mold in both bathrooms ceilings and all the air vents leaked condensation (ceiling vents dripped and kept the floor wet and slippery, wall vents condensation run down the walls.) ive stayed in Summer house before with no issues, I’ll be back just not this unit! Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

May stay again, if nothing else is available.

We enjoyed being steps from the beach, that’s a must when looking at rentals. The outdoor pool are was nice. Our balcony furniture was nice and sturdy any we had a beautiful view of the gulf. There were a few issues with this condo, though. Nothing too terrible, but some things were disappointing. The listing showed our balcony to be directly over the pool, but we were actually in building B which does NOT have a pool view. We couldn’t find the indoor pool because it was located in a separate building at the end of the parking lot. I asked the property manager about it through a text, but was never answered. We found it by asking another guest. The doors leading to the balcony, from our bedroom and living room, we’re so heavy that we struggled opening them. I’m not a light weight and it was still a struggle. I thought the door was off its track at first. Speaking of off the tracks, the mirrored closet doors in the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms had to be lifted and placed back onto the tracks before they would open. The cabinets were absolutely bare. We even had to buy salt and pepper. I’ve never stayed at a Vrbo condo or house that didn’t at least have that. The beds in the other two bedrooms were very squeaky and there wasn’t a single wall clock in the whole place. Like I said, nothing too terrible, but inconvenient and a little annoying. We’ll look for somewhere else to stay if we visit again.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and the location was wonderful. The only issues we had was that the pictures showed an additional twin bed in the room with the single double bed so sleeping arrangements had to be amended a bit. There were also a couple of broken items in the rooms but that did not affect our stay. There was an issue with the water heater but when I texted the manager about it they had someone out to fix it within 24 hours. We would absolutely stay there again.

This condo was nice but for what we paid everything should work. Ceiling fans don’t and no hairdryer

Close to beach and nice but lacked things that usually come with condos. Only partial roll of TP in both bathrooms. One kitchen dish towel and paper towel. We’d stay again if price was right

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

From the first 30 min upon arrival we had nothing but issues . Our bed was broke and sitting on the floor upon arrival , it was 88 degrees in the condo when we arrived, our toilet was broke in master bathroom and called maintenance at least 4 times and it never was fixed . We had to open the back of the toilet and do it manually EVERY single time it was used for it to flush . The smoke alarms went off one night and the maintenance man had to come at midnight before we could sleep, the tv didn’t work in one bedroom and neither did a couple of ceiling fans . We paid a LOT of money for this condo for a week and wasn’t even offered ANY refunds of ANY kind for ALL of our trouble . So yea we are pretty done with this condo and the company that owns them.

Loved our condo!

We had two families of five stay in this condo and it worked out great! There was enough room for all of us and towels and bedding were provided. It was very clean when we got there and the staff did a good job of communicating with us ahead of time. Loved having a place that faces the beach. Great view! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Summer House 704B

Nice condo. Would/will definitely come back. All was great with the exception of some maintenance issues. One of the sliding glass door handles is loose making it very difficult to open and close. The ice machine under the counter does not work, the guest bathroom needed light bulbs. All issues were reported on the first morning. Later that evening maintenance arrived and put in lightbulbs, said refrigerator needed freon, and they needed to pick up a new handle for the door. Stated they would be back around 9 am in morning to fix. That never happened. They did not return or phone or anything. I wonder if the condo owners are aware of issues not being promptly addressed. Again, over all we were pleased, had a great time, and would stay there again.

Spring Break 2020

The place was amazing and the management was even better. The place was just as pictured on site and beautiful. Had everything we needed inside. Close to Walmart and liquor store. Down side was the construction it was super loud at 7am and didn’t come with chairs for the beach. That’s was my only down side but no complaints. The manager was extra helpful when my kids put my car key in the trash and we had to make other plans to get home and check out. There were again super amazing and can’t thank them enough. I would stay here again for sure.
