Quick family get away

Great location, walking distance to Cotton's, Walgreens and even Publix. Beautiful views! Only complaint is living room curtain sheet/ see through and spout of coffee pot broken. Did not stop us from drinking coffee..

Average place to stay

Most importantly, the unit was very clean! Amenities were great. Kitchen had anything needed although we didn’t cook. It was nice to have a small dish soap, hand soap, a few dishwasher tabs, sponge, paper towels, dish towels, and sufficient bath towels!! The updates were very nice. The master bed was comfortable! The decor was lacking, but did not take away from our stay. We’d suggest investing in newer sofa/loveseat, fresh paint, and a lounger for balcony. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Perfect Location!

A very spacious condo that had everything we needed. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The 2nd bedroom was big enough for them to share, which was nice. The master suite has a beachside window and a sliding door to the balcony. Lots of reviews are mentioning the outdated decor - who cares? The beds are comfy, the view is breathtaking, and the elevator is speedy. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Great condo but no kids allowed in hot tub

The condo was very nice. It was very spacious and had all you needed to cook. The view was great and access to the beach was easy. My only complaint was you had to be 16 or older to get in the hot tub. We went in April when it was still chilly and when I searched for places I made sure it had a hot tub. Once we got there my kids couldn’t use it because they were all under 16. It was disappointing. Other than that it was a great stay.

Summerchase 502 Review

Good: Condo was nice, large. Appreciated two full baths. Master bed was comfortable. Needs work: Condo needs electrical upgrades. Several outlets not working or only one plug working. Inconvenient plugs in master. Very dark kitchen. No lights over sink even. Toaster didn’t seem to work unless you held it down.
