「We booked for 20 people. Told them that from the beginning prior to booking and after we booked, they sent a message asking us to confirm the amount of people. The night before we arrived. They then called after 9pm telling me they were going to charge another 300 because we had 20 people. After over an hour, they finally admitted this was inappropriate to do the night before we arrived especially since they were fully aware.
