This is the perfect family getaway! The pool and BBQ area is great! The house has a great layout and is very spacious!

Odd Property Management

The house was okay and clean. Some areas of carpet stains. The slow communication from the property manager was the biggest issue. I was interested in heating the pool and could not get timely response. The notice on the fridgerator provided a phone # that was not working. A QR code also noted went to a shell website with no capability or options. I would pass on this rental. If you had a true emergency, you would be out of luck getting a response.

Great house and terrible parking

If you are coming to the house and plan on having 5 or less cars then I give this house a 5/5. If you have anymore than 5 cars then DONT BOOK! The house is truly amazing. It was very clean and huge. It was perfect for our large family but we had a terrible time parking. One night 2 of our family cars had to park at Walmart. Before booking I specifically asked if we would have room for 7-8 cars. I was told that would be fine. I was told there was room behind the house on the road and also at the club house. This was very incorrect. Once you fit your 5 cars in the driveway which was very tight you can’t park on the road or in the grass. There is 15 extra spots for a huge neighborhood to use as over flow first come first serve with constant tow trucks circling and towing. Our family was concerned about our cars and parking the entire visit.
