Very nice. Would definitely return!

This house is in a great location. I like that it was in a secure gated area. It was a short drive to the Disney properties. We were able to walk to the nearby Oldtown amusement park area for food, shopping, etc. The hot tub was a welcome treat at the end of a long day at Disney. We had a bit of communication issues regarding towels but all in all I’d definitely return!

Fun week

We traveled to Orlando for a volleyball tournament and stayed for 8 days. The listing was very accurate, good location, close to grocery, and an easy drive (20 min) to OC Convention Center. The initial supplies provided sustained us through our stay and the kitchen and house were very well stocked with all needed items; towels, cookware, coffee options, kitchen tools and gadgets. We ate many meals at the house with our family of 6. Great stay and would book again for a visit.

Host double booked property

I never received a message/email from the host with check in instructions so I reached out via Vrbo messenger the day before check in, no response. The next day I still had not heard anything so I called and was informed the property was double booked and there was already someone staying there. I was advised all their properties were booked and the calendar for Vrbo and another booking website was not synced for some reason. At this point I was in Florida with no place to stay and they basically said sorry not our problem. I contacted Vrbo and explained the situation, the host had not canceled the reservation yet so the Vrbo rep had to put me on hold to call and confirm we were not able to check in. I was then transferred to another Vrbo rep to set up accommodations for the night. She also had to call the host the confirm we could not check in because the reservation was STILL not canceled. Vrbo was absolutely wonderful in doing what they could to rectify the situation and make sure we had a place to stay. I will never book a property owned by this company again and risk being stranded in another state with a toddler and no place to stay.
