Worst VRBO. Everythings broken

DO NOT STAY HERE! Everything that could go wrong here, did. We stayed towards the end of February and specially were looking for a hot tub with our private pool. The hosts assured me the hot tub was a hot tub and not a spa and that we could pay extra to heat the pool. We paid the pool heating and on the last day of our trip a pool tech came over to confirm the pool heater was broken. The hot tub was never hot. We were told we would be reimbursed for the pool heating fee and never did. The host sent instructions on how to work the VR prior to check in only for us to find the VR was broken before we got there. The couch is covered in stains. The entertainment room chairs are in desperate need of replacement. All of the pictures of the house must be from years ago when things were new and unused. Carpets need to be replaced. Hardly enough kitchen utensils to cook for our 8 people group, no idea how they could reach capacity. The entire time there communicating with the host they reassured me things would be fixed and we'd get compensation but its not been over a month writing this review and nothing. The host has gone ghost, no compensation, ruined our family's vacation. Please do not waste yours!
