Was the perfect spot to host a reunion with friends! Grateful to have found this space. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location: on the far corner of Reunion resort. We liked the location of our first rental house in Bears Den Reunion first. It seemed like the neighbors we annoyed we were there. My 2 year old walked on the grass of the empty lot across the street, and the neighbor came out and yelled. Hes a baby... and theres no private property sign. Also... there is no view out back. Just trees. Our house in Bears Den had a beautiful playground and walking path behind the pool. Management company: I didnt find Magical Vacations as easy to work with as I did Top Villas. We had to physically show up at a location to check in (the employees in the office were very very nice though). We extended the house an additional day due to snow at home, but Magical didnt cancel the cleaners from coming or the people picking up our crib. We also had the locks turned off on us a day early. None of this is convenient when you have a small child. House: Themed bedrooms were AWESOME! So so cool. We also loved the movie theater. The 1st floor is modern and beautiful. You can just tell the house is a little older though. There was broken glass in the refrigerator. No working keurig machine. Pool alarm was turned off (major safety issue for me and I needed someone to come immediately to fix it). Also, the internet was spotty, which was tough because my husband and I were both working. The TVs were so complicated to use, and impossible to get connected. Someone had to come out for that too. The pool was nice and warm. The pavers around the pool are loose and a hazard though. There were also spots missed in the cleaning before we arrived. Also... at 4AM so crazy loud pool equipment alarm was going off, and no one could figure out what it was the next day. Summary: I would recommend this house, but I personally would rather stay in a different location next time in Reunion. If you are all for just the theming then this is awesome. Ideally the house we had in Bears Den is where I would want to be. The Bears Den house had local property managers, who were very easy to work with. Magical Vacations was a little more work to work with.
