Our open plan home is both spacious and modest with a beautiful blend of interiors throughout, which is perfect for all your guests as it offers space, comfort and something for everyone to enjoy.

The Living Room is bright with lots of natural light and views out to the pool area. Offering plenty of comfortable seating, this a great place for all members of your party to gather at the end of a fun filled Orlando day and enjoy the latest Hollywood movie or even your local teams ball game.

The Kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the open plan breakfast bar provides ideal space to chat to your guests while preparing the evening meal. You can also enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch sat here.

The Dining Area with its comfortable seating is set just off the kitchen with views onto the pool deck and is a great place to sample some home cooking whilst catching up with the family.

Master Bedroom 1 – (upstairs) situated at the front of the home with its fresh nautical feel this is a fantastic master suite with king sized bed. Boasting white washed furnishing and calming colours, with an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity sink.

Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) situated at the front of the home this double room with its crisp white wood furniture and blue soft furnishings with the benefit of a bath in the en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) situated at the back of the home, this bunk bed Mickey and Minnie themed room is the great place to really feel part of the Disney experience, the theme is carried through to the en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 4 - (downstairs) situated at the front of the home with its blended wooden furniture, this room has a calm and relaxing feel, with full en-suite facilities.

- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required

- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
