Great location. The clubhouse is close and fun to stop over to. The house was clean and property management was very helpful with a quick early check in issue. The only negative we found was lack of kitchen supplies. It’s VERY minimal. Not enough for even a meal. But Publix is close!

Beautiful Home close to Disney

We had a very nice stay and we loved the home and the neighborhood. The home is well maintained with a lovely layout. There was one hiccup with the code; however, the property managers did help us. My niece really enjoyed the pool and having virtual class outside each morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing in the Sunshine

We loved this property, especially the pool and hot tub area. We would begin the day sitting outside with our morning coffee and end it with a cocktail in the hot tub while the teens swam. Pool was a great temperature as we invested in having it heated during our stay. The home was clean and had all the kitchen items we needed. It’s so handy to have a washer and dryer to use and cuts down on what you need to pack. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the resort pool, mini golf, and tiki bar one afternoon.

Perfect stay

The home was exactly as depicted in description. Super clean and inviting. Great layout. Would definitely rent again if in the area. Rental agency and management stayed in contact throughout stay. Suggestions – 1- replace the coffee maker as the on-off button does it always turn the coffee pot off 2- add a proper working can opener 3- add a larger bath mat in master bathroom as one provided is too small & slip issue on tile floors 4- add sufficient dish towels based on length of stay

House needs deep cleaning and upgrading on carpet, mattresses, ceiling fans! The outdoor cushions were moldy! Neighbors used our garbage cans and parked to close in the driveway!

Last Minute DisneyWorld Family trip before closure due to Coronavirus!!

We decided to make a last minute family vacation to Orlando because of cancelled Italy trip. I booked the villa 2 days before our arrival. We have been to Orlando 17 times in the last 10 years, and this was the best vacation home we have had. It was clean, beautiful, and very easy to find. The check in was very easy, and everyone was very nice and delightful. From the poperty management, to the security, to the clubhouse employees. That answered every question, and they seemed like they were really happy that we were there. This is the ONLY vacation rental property that I would return to. I've told all of my family and friends, and they all know how hard it is to impress me, and Solana did just that.

Just as advertised

We’ve been staying in the Orlando area for 20 years. This house was exactly how it is advertised. It’s a nice neighbourhood. The kids loved the pool and played volleyball at the community centre. We payed for the pool heat, and we all agreed that this is the first house we’ve ever rented where it actually worked and we got what we paid for!! Everyone agreed that the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We could have used some more towels, but there is a washer and dryer so it wasn’t a problem. That would really be the only complaint. We would definitely stay again!!!

Solana Circle

Overall had a great stay. They house was lacking just a couple of kitchen items, we had to go out a purchase a frying pan and a baking sheet. We also had a few problems with the refrigerator it had iced up and we had to throw some food out. The management company did get it taken care really quick. Then about 2 weeks later the ice maker quit and made a loud noise which was really annoying after 5 days they finally got the problem resolved. They sent out a guy who disconnected the ice maker. Overall we had a great stay would recommend staying here
