It was ok

Very clean town home and well stocked with towels. Beds were comfortable.Disappointed that the dryer did not work on day one and it was not fixed the whole time we were there. The cable box or TV did not work correctly in the living room. The pool was a bit dirty. I didn't like that the neighbors in the back could view the patio. On our 3rd night we lost power and for some reason when the power was back on the a/c stopped working and there was only hot air blowing. I notified management in the morning and someone arrived in the evening to look at it. Unfortunately it was not fixed. We had to open all the windows and it was too hot to sleep upstairs. It was a terrible night's sleep before having to leave for our journey home to NY the next morning.Im guessing there might not be enough maintenance to address issues in a timely manner.

Beautiful home but many issues

This is a lovely home but we encountered many issues with it while there (missing outlet cover, dryer broken, towel rack in master bath kept falling down, one sink in master bath did not work, horrible shower head in master bath). We contacted the property manager about these and the dryer as we really wanted to use it. The rest of the issues we figured would not get fixed while we were there. Told a person would be out in 24 hours for dryer, never came, called again, they said would look into it. At this point we were leaving the next day so knew it would not be fixed in time. I was told to request compensation after we checked out, which I did. Its been a week and keep getting the run around about "it hasn't been approved yet." IF I knew these issues were all fixed and customer service ever gives us some compensation, I would recommend this home, it is lovely and a nicely appointed but the dryer and master bath issues definitely need to be addressed.

Lovely home but many issues

The home is beautiful, nice set up, the kitchen is stocked well with pots, pans, dishes, etc. But we encountered several issues with the house. First of all, there was an outlet cover missing on the first floor in the dining/living room area. I don't have small kids so not a big issue but definitely not safe. In the master bathroom, the one towel bar kept falling down and the cold water did not work on the one sink. There are 2 sinks so could make do. But then a few days later, the hot water faucet also stopped working on that sink. The shower pressure in the master bath is horrendous. It was so strong it literally hurt, we had to run it at half strength by not pulling the switch all they way up but then that caused the water pressure out of the tap to close the drain and the water would back up in the tub. Definitely need to replace the shower head in there. The listing said there was netflix streaming but it only worked intermittently. The remote control on the main tv is worn out, so could turn on the tv but couldn't use the arrow keys to change the channel so we watched a lot of the Florida newschannel until discovered we could use one of the remotes from tv upstairs. The the dryer did not work. We called and notified Vacasa who said someone would be out in 24 hours. No one ever showed up, when I called back they said they would look into it. Never heard back from them about the dryer and we checked out a day later. Then I got texts about how to check out, when I asked about the dryer, etc. they said I could request compensation after I checked out. I did that and its been over a week and I keep getting the run around. If I get a response and am told these issues have all been fixed, I would recommend this place but right now my opinion of the customer service is not great.

Tolles Haus mit technischen Problemen

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und sehr sauber. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und man kann es total weiterempfehlen. Es wurde sich sehr bemüht an alles zu denken. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Auch die Bäder waren sehr gut. Der Pool war etwas dreckig, aber in Ordnung.Unser Start war leider eine Katastrophe. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und hat das Haus statt zu kühlen extrem aufgeheizt. Man konnte nicht im Haus sein, weil es über 55 Grad Celsius hatte. Das Problem konnte erst am späten Abend gelöst werden und die Temperatur blieb die ganze Nacht sehr hoch. Unsere Kleinen Kinder haben nach der langen Anreise sehr gelitten.Leider war auch der Trockner defekt und wurde während der Zeit nicht repariert. Gleiches passierte mit dem Herd. Das war wirklich schade. Da wir als Familie diese Technik benötigten und gerade nach einem solchen Haus gesucht hatten.
