. The room had multiple issues: stained sheets, wobbly tables, a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling, and lots of dust. When I asked for clean blankets, the front desk said they didn’t have anyone to change them and instead pulled blankets off an empty room and handed them to me unfolded. Very unprofessional and unhygienic. I do not recommend this place.

It was just someone to sleep!!! however I never stayed on international Drive! So I was excited too but now I see they have other hotels that’s probably way nicer I’ll probably book them next time…. However I feel like this hotel needs some upgrades ASAP or they just need to close it down!!! very old hotel things was breaking inside of there and it looked ran it down… I’m so upset because when I book a book it it was not refundable which I should have gotten my money back!!! so I just did a quick getaway for two days and thought that it should have been OK but to stay there was not pleasant at all

Staff was nice. Room was horrible. Both beds made scary loud noises even just touching them. The bathroom had a huge hole in the ceiling, where a light used to be. The towels hanging up were definitely used and just hung back up.. It was a scary night as I was all alone.

TV didn’t work, hotel phone in room did not work, remote dirty, staff seemed annoyed , elevator stopped working and room was on the 5th floor after it stopped working did not trust to use it again once it was finally fixed…… definitely needs upgrading … would not stay again.

We entered to check in at 2:00 AM and said we had a reservation through Expedia. We were told that the hotel was sold out and they were not sure if my room was saved. They found our reservation and we checked in at 2:10. We entered the room and found a damaged bureau . We took pictures and returned to the front desk. When I returned to the room we put the television on, and found that it was damaged and not functional. This also was reported.

Warming, if you are an ADA patron, careful… and I quote… we “don’t care about ADA”, if you don’t agree,, we will remove you with the sheriff by even asking. They woke us up late, because they had a work order which they claim was priority over any guess. Expedia team on the contrary accommodated and I do always expect that from them… it anything I can say, do not select them as a hotel unless you are not a disable person. Worse yet, they held hostage the refund which they had agreed to make due to the inconvenience as they called it… Again, I am not you, yet, my son who also has a disability had to take a walk in effort to calm down after such treatment.. he is also handicapped. Warning… warning.. ADA complaint is forthcoming
