Room carpet was gross with stains, wall had holes covered with pictures, couch was not even usable as a seat, water just ran in the bath, door barely opened. The TV stand looked as if it would fall apart with the rusty mini fridge. All that said it was close to the international drive attractions and was cheap, but not cheap enough for this experience

It was ok until I ran into an ignorant guest in lobby and the room had roaches so when I did a video and went to get assistance from hotel staff I was laughed at and ignored. Very unprofessional behavior. Also I was on a scooter due to surgery and they would not allow my order to be dropped off to my room so I had to get up and get downstairs to get it from the front desk.

No parking late at night. Mulitple people fighting for parking. Room was moldy smelling and doors wouldnt close and were off the hinges. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. But missing many essential items to make it great

The property itself was nice and it smelled pleasant, BUT once I got to my room it had a smell of mildew. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and my sliding closet door did open at all. The room itself was outdated. The pool was ok. When I arrived to the front desk I was told check in was at four but in website it said three. All in all my stay was ok but I won’t be back

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. I checked in late on Saturday, and when I entered the room there was a very strong, unpleasant odor and the room did not appear to be properly cleaned. I went back to the front desk immediately and asked if I could switch rooms, but the associate told me the hotel was completely booked and there were no other rooms available. Because the room was not usable, I requested a refund. I was told that a manager would have to process it in the morning, but I was assured it would be taken care of. I called Sunday to confirm, and the manager again stated that the refund would be processed. It is now several days later, and I still have not received a refund or any confirmation. I have called the hotel multiple times throughout the day with no response, and I even contacted Expedia to try to reach the property, but I have still not been able to get any resolution. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of communication and follow-through. Issues can happen anywhere, but the way they are handled matters. At this point, I am still waiting for the refund that was promised.

We had a two night stay and they never cleaned our room. No fresh sheets / didn’t make the beds. The carpet smelled so bad and felt filthy. The bathroom (especially the bathtub) looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s and the bathroom floor felt slimy. No blow dryer, no iron, no microwave. The elevator felt like it was breaking. The breakfast hours ended at 9 and on both mornings, most of the food was gone (!) by 8:30. Perks: No bugs (but the room reeked of Raid) and they do have free parking …

So I stood here because my flight got cancelled the day after I went to the front desk when I got back in the room and said my room wasn't clean he said we don't clean the rooms everyday I said well I wasn't told that and I need new towels nobody ever brought me the towels. I had to go back down hours later and the girl provided me with towel and said my Room will be clean tomorrow when I got back to my room the room wasn't clean I had to get toilet paper myself never again.
