Property was extremely roomy and adequate for our family of 12. Clubhouse pool and lazy river were enjoyed. Very clean and safe neighborhood. HVAC was broken on arrival but repairman arrived promptly (on a Sunday night!).My only suggestion: need to supply more than just one, of basic necessities such as toilet paper,garbage bags, and liquid dish soap.

Excellent property and communication

We had a last minute cancelation by another property manager which sent us scrabling for a property that could accommodate a large family group (17). This property was already booked but property manager was able to move us to identical size property which was great and saved time. The property was perfect for a large group as there is plenty of space and areas for kids and adults to congregate together or separate. Had one small issue with pool heat when we first arrived, but was quickly resolved and refund was given for first day without heat. Highly recommended just based on customer service.

Family Vacation

This property was Great and provided everything it offers! There were only minor things that I didn't like, one of the bedroom closet doors was messed up. The tissue roll wouldn't stay on the roll in one of the bathrooms. The freezer wouldn't make ice and was leaking on floor. Overall it was Awesome and provided a lot of space for a large group. Thanks and I would love to rent from you again!

Our stay at property 7875771ha

The house has plenty of space and the air conditioner worked fine...these are the two pros of our stay. The rest, no so great. This house needs updates...holes in walls fixed, new paint, new carpet, one of the dryers doesn't work well, the other one is not hooked up to the hose connecter for outside...light bulbs out everywhere, walk up bricks falling away due to gutter overrun and broken sprinklers. The Master bedroom downstairs needs a new mattress badly. There were no blinds on the large back doors/windows, while every other house seemed to have them. The pool pump started dying while we were there and was so loud we couldn't sleep. It was replaced our last full day there. The pool cleaner net was almost completely broken apart, so cleaning the pool was a challenge. We were here the 2nd week of June so we would expect the house to be in pretty good condition for the summer. Party neighbors and questionable types in the neighborhood-saw a crime scene being investigated in the house across the water with a dead body being viewed. Crime scene photos were taken and the Medical Examiner came to take the body away. The property management was easily reachable so that's a plus, but this house just needs updating and more care for the price paid.

Not what the pictures says and not many reviews to go by.

It had lot of issues. Towels were torn and had stains, dishwasher was broken, grill was not working properly only one side lite up. after paying $60 extra and paid for out own gas propane. carpet was dirty, had no games in the house, Pool table had holes on the surface and foosball table was broken. For the money we paid not worth it.

Awesome Property

My family and I was originally supposed to stay 3 days but ended up staying 6 days! I only have minor issues that I called the property manager about. But nothing that will ruin a trip. A few stains on walls and upstairs couch, broken stools, and even though I paid for heated pool and hot tub, it never got hot. That was my biggest disappointment. Will definitely stay again, but wont pay for heated pool and hot tub. Great location! Decor was amazing! Definitely coming back

Needs some repair

We enjoyed the property but many repairs need to be done. Counter chairs falling apart, top rack of dishwasher broken, toilet paper holders falling off the wall, ground floor was sticky we remopped it, could not understand why there was 3 washing machines and 1 dryer. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Decent house, I would stay again.

Check-in was closed, the club house was closed. Probably due to the corona virus. Minor things broken but I reported them all so they could fix them. Overall good house.

Great for large groups

When we checked in the door code was different than what was emailed, but they immediately answered the phone with the new code so no issue. Also, there were small dead bugs by the windows in almost every room upstairs, we vacuumed them and then there were no new ones after that. Finally it’d be nice to have a baking pan/cookie sheet. But they provided a great variety of pots. Now that the negative is out of the way, its a great place and we would stay again. It’s really nice having a place for everyone at the table and having so many bathrooms. The water pressure is low but that’s just everywhere we have stayed in central Florida that has more than 3 baths. Would recommend this to anyone at Disney or universal. We drove to universal everyday and it’s 45 min with traffic 30 min at night when traffic is light. You basically can’t find houses this size close to universal so I’d still recommend it.

Great Bones But could Use Improved Customer Service

Beautiful house with lots of family room to spread out. The house was clean upon arrival, the beds were very comfortable, the TV electronics very nice, clubhouse activities very cool and a nice pool and game room. We had a pretty nice stay. Some advertised amenities had restrictions and some of the anticipated routine household equipment, particularly in the kitchen, didn’t meet expectations. Also some minor issues took longer than necessary to get resolved with management company. Great bones, with a little more attention to detail and customer service this could be a great place to stay!

Nice resorts

Great home for my whole family. Plenty of rooms and very clean, beds、linens and towels were good, the amenities available for use were well above what was expected. The kitchen was very well stacked with everything we needed to provide filling meal for the entire family, The pool and spa were nice enough with beautiful view of lake.The community was also great, there was lots of things for the children to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to booking again and will recommend this house to others.
