Great Stay

Great property with big open common areas, yet enough separate space to afford comfort and privacy for larger groups. Management was very responsive too. Would highly recommend.

This house is even better in person! Spacious! Clean! Beautifully decorated! The community is safe with lots to do! So glad we planned 1 day off from the parks to just enjoy the house and community amenities. The entire family enjoyed staying here. The company was responsive and made the entire process go smoothly. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

What a family fun week

This is an amazing property for a big family or group. There was room for all, plenty of kitchen items to cook for everyone, the kids loved the game room and the water park area. The carpet has some stains but so do most houses with families and pets. It didn’t bother us a bit! The icing on the cake was not having a list of clean up before we left. Just lock the door and leave!!

Great House at the Happiest Place on Earth!

What an incredible house in sunny Florida! By far our favorite house. Beautifully decorated, spacious and so close to everything. We had plenty of space for our group. The kids and adults absolutely loved the game room. Although we loved our private pool, the community pool was our favorite spot. The property management team were so responsive to all our questions and needs. If you are hesitant to book this house, let me make it easy for you - BOOK IT. You will not regret it.

Amazing Resort Community!

We had an absolute blast staying in this Resort Community! The home itself was very clean and spacious, we had a few hiccups regarding the way it was left by the previous renters, but our Host Ashton took care of those ASAP and was even kind enough to send us a small gift as an apology, which we appreciated. Juan was amazing and fixed what was wrong very quickly and efficiently, and was super nice as well. There was a hitch in the system when we tried to enter the gates on check-in, we weren’t registered in the guards’ system, so we had to call and clear that up, but other than that we had an unforgettable time at the home and resort. The kids had a blast at the pools and in the game room, the grown-ups too! We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing, there was no traffic at the gate and overall we highly recommend staying here. We would definitely book again in the future.

This house worked great for our group of 17. They made some changes with the parking pass and the security line was quite long so we didn’t love that after a long day of travel. AC unit hummed at night and pool pump buzzed in the mornings. Overall really happy with our stay.

Couples Weekend

The Flamingo Grove was a great house for our couples weekend. Lots of space for 8 people. We loved the mini arcade in the garage. The pool table was nice to have but there were not tips on the cue sticks. We will bring our own next time. This house would be great for families too. We will bring the kids with us next time.

Would definitely stay again!

The community itself is top notch! The pool areas were clean and busy but not too busy - we could always find a seat and we went during Fourth of July week. The staff at the pool/restaurant were great. We loved the house itself too. A few hiccups but the property manager was responsive. Our whole family loved the game room and between that, the house pool and other amenities we were able to spend a ton of quality time together. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Home - Clean

We were a party of 14 half teenagers half adults! Everyone loved the house. It had every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and extra appliances, just like home. The kids loved the pool and sauna. Our host -Robert was so gracious and helpful. When we were delayed at the airport the staff brought in the groceries and put them away. Everyone was like how’d these groceries get here! Above and beyond! I have already and will definitely recommend this property.

Family fun time for all!!

The house is amazing with ample amenities! Even comes equipped with dog bowls (although i am not sure it is pet friendly)! There is not a need for anything. We loved the fact that all showers came with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap! A plus if you forget yours. The game room was a huge hit with everyone! The pool table and foose ball upstairs was a plus! The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything! The house pool was so much fun with all the fun pool tools it is equipped with! The hot tub/spa was a bonus after a day at Disney! At the community clubhouse amazing fun was had by all! Our group of 13 went from the youngest being 11 yrs to the eldest at 80 yrs and not one complant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
