Enjoy the resort that offers a bar, pool, water slides, spa, a lazy river, hot tub, kids splash pad, a game room, gym, sand volleyball, basketball court, or rest on the hammocks!

Additionally, there is a fun loft room equipped with games, foosball, and a TV. The loft room also includes a futon couch for additional guests. Each bedroom is adorned with unique themes and Smart TVs. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor.

To get in, you will be at the security gate, checked ID, and provided with a guest pass for the duration of your stay. You will need to provide us names so we can register you with the security gate.

Concierge Desk will also sell tickets to the parks. The house is self-catering and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and first use (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags). Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

- We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

- Free washer and dryer available at the house.

- We offer a propane BBQ grill. There will be a $30 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

PACKAGES DELIVERY
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.
