Very bad experience. NEVER STAY THERE

If 10 is best rating and 0 is worst i give this property minus 10. We couldn't use the pool or the jacuzzi because water in both was at freezing temperature and when we asked about pool heating the manager Linda was very very rude and demanded lots of money in advance CASH ONLY to heat the pool. She wouldn't even give us a receipt for the money. She had THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER. 6 hours after she took the money the pool was still very cold after we complained to them she was screaming at us saying that pool usually takes 48 to 72 hours to heat up which means the water will be hot enough for us to swim AFTER OUR 3 DAY STAY IS FINISHED. the ceiling outside the backdoor by the pool was falling apart..pits and pieces of the ceiling texture was falling on our food while having breakfast there in the morning. Bath towels were dirty and had some stain on them.. There wasn't enough toilet paper in the house so we had to go to publix to buy some. TV in living room wasn't working right..on and off because of bad wire connection. TV in bedroom never worked. They had the worst and cheapest pool table EVER. ..u can move the whole pool table with ONE finger it was weak and wobbly First night we couldn't sleep because the neighbors were so loud and up till 3 or 4 o'clock AM. I'm almost sure that place is infested with bedbugs because from the first night every one was scratching. The whole house smell old and very dusty.. The stove top was not working properly. Definitely needs to be replaced. .*** I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN EVEN IF it was free of charge. I TRULY BELIEVE THE MANAGEMENT THERE NEED TO GO TO THE SCHOOL OF GOOD MANNERS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. ALL OF THIS IS ONLY 10% OF OUR BAD EXPERIENCES THERE. TO TELL YOU ABOUT EVERY BAD THING WE HAVETO WRITE A 1000 PAGE BOOK. IF YOU WANT TO SEE HOW HELL LOOKS LIKE STAY AT THIS PLACE. GIVING THIS HOUSE and THE MANAGER A ZERO OUT OF 10 RATINGS IS A BIG COMPLIMENT THAEY DONT DESERVE...MINUS 20 OUT OF 10 MAYBE... I ALWAYS USE VRBO TO BOOK MY VACATIONS...NOW AND AFTER THIS BAD EXPERIENCES I'M HESITANT TO EVEN TRY AGAIN BECAUSE I JUST MIGHT get A SIMILAR PROPERTY LIKE THIS ONE
