This Is a gorgeous newly constructed two-story luxury villa offers family-friendly amenities near Orlando’s most popular attractions. Relax by the outdoor pool and hot tub, or explore Universal Studios Florida™, SeaWorld® Orlando, and Walt Disney World® Resort theme parks like Animal Kingdom®, Epcot®, and Magic Kingdom®. Our non-smoking resort is just 24 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO), so you can fly in and out of the area with ease.
The space
4 Bedroom Villa, 2 Floors, and resort access

Unwind and relax in our spacious, four-bedroom villa with and patio bbq area . Total of 4 bedrooms . Two bedrooms contain two twin beds and two bedrooms have one king bed. Each well-appointed guest room includes a full private bathroom, with an additional half bathroom for your convenience, along with plush bedding, linens, and bathroom amenities. Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, range hood, microwave, and kitchen island. Unwind in the generous living room with ample seating while streaming your favorite programs using free WiFi or enjoy a show on our flat-screen HDTV.

For your safety, besides regular cleaning and pest control, ACO has adopted Ozone air purifiers as a weapon in the global fight against COVID-19. Used on our properties between guests to ensure our homes are a safe environment for you and your family when you arrive.

Guest access
I cover one whole day to use the Resort access to private gym, pool, hot tub and all resort amenities. The fee is $100 per day . Please give me advance notice so I can submit and cover fee at the front desk.

Very convenient!

The townhouse is very modern and spacious with plenty of room. Close to Disney-about 15 min. 2 parking spaces in front of unit. House shows some wear in places but clean.
