March Break 2023

Easy to get to, great walking distance to the oasis club. Don’t leave valuables in the backyard, despite there being a lock. We did pool days, beach days, a Disney day and enjoyed coming home to a comfortable home. Renting a car is a must.

As advertised!

We really enjoyed our stay at the home. It was quite cozy and spacious for my wife and I and our 2 active kids. My children loved the lazy river and the arcade the most! I enjoyed being able to use the gym facility while on vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location, overall below expectations

Day of arrival, AC was not working and cleanliness was questionable. Had to basically clean kitchen and floors. Pool was not clean. At night coming home with sprinklers and you get drenched as the sprinkler sprays on entry way. All remotes missing batteries covers or taped up. Location is the best part of the stay. In talking with other guests staying at nearby homes they had instructions for TVs, and other items in house and pool towels for the community pool. Neither of which this house had. I would not recommend for family with kids.

Spring break vacation

The house has small faults, but on spring break we were more interested being outside at the pool. The oasis clubhouse is phenomenal and the reason why we chose champions gate as our vacation destination again. The house was very clean. Check in was a little chaotic as we didn’t receive an email that was supposedly sent months prior. But the number available to call, had excellent customer service and make check in easier.

Nice property

Nice property, check in was a little bit of a hassle at the gate of the resort. Had some issues with toaster that was easy replaced by the property manager. TV Remote control had not batteries. Overall great property and resort.

A+ stay!

First time renters so the checking in process was a bit confusing at the gate. Very spacious home. The 1 bed we used was very comfortable. We never wanted to get out of it! The location is amazing. It was clean enough. There was minor things that needed wiping off like the walls but nothing too outrageous to where it made us uncomfortable. The light switches didn’t all work and the left side sink didn’t have cold water in the master’s bathroom. The trash disposal process wasn’t very clear but now that we’ve stayed here and learned the ins and outs of how everything is set up, it’ll be a smoother/easier stay for us next time because we’ll definitely be back!

Great VRBO

Great property at a great resort. Kids absolutely loved the Oasis water park. Pool heat was an additional cost, but worked really well during the cool January weather. Home was spacious and beds were comfortable. I realize that arrival instructions notify guests of the limited provided necessities, however it would be really nice and so cheap for the owner to provide hand soap, dishwasher detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters. Also more plastic glasses, as there were only 3. Overall it was a great stay at an affordable price, and we’d happily book again.

Cockroaches all week with no help...

This property had a cockroach problem from the day we arrived for 6 days & we received zero assistance from whomever manages this condo or owns it. We tried multiple times to call the "management office", no one ever answered our call. (We killed app. 40 roaches during our stay) We kept all food inside the refrigerator. No garbage cans or locations to put the trash in, everyone on the street had bags of trash outside the units on all the days we are there. There was more than one thing broke or in need of repair in this condo. Ex. Cold water didn't work in master bath sink, furniture on patio is ripped, master bathtub didn't drain. Never felt comfortable in this unit, no one wanted to cook or eat there or hang out there due to the roaches. Really disappointing stay. This management company advertised they wanted us to have a "first rate vacation rental". It wasn't even close to that. Condo has been well used without much going back into it.

Nice townhome, communication is key though

The location and price points for this property is good, the communication with what we had to deal with when we arrived wasn’t fun. When we pulled up to the gate, security didn’t have our information that we provided to management. We paid for a week of pool heat. We arrived on Sunday to something that was equivalent to a cold therapy pool. Maintenance was notified and somebody came out on Wednesday to fix it. By Thursday it was finally ready to be used. Management didn’t want to split the difference in cost to make up for it. The hot water heater wasn’t working properly the first time we took showers. The dishwasher wasn’t working and I had to sign for a delivery from an outside vendor so we had a box box with new dishwasher in the kitchen for several days. The townhome itself is nice and comfortable for a family of 6 or more. Be prepared to spend money if you use the clubhouse pool and you get hungry. No outside food or beverage except water. This is the first time I didn’t use a private owner when it came to VRBO. I won’t be making that mistake again.

Great!

The house looks exactly like the picture minus a few stains on the sofa. The home was very clean, neat, and well sanitize. Very spacious, the bedding was fresh and beds was so comfortable to sleep in. The outdoor pool area was nice and clean. Check in with security was seamless took less than 2 mins. Overall experience was great. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
