Nice Villa for Family stay!

Everything about this place was amazing, from the spacious garage, and multiple entertainment features to the well-designed interior. My kids loved themed bed rooms and arcade room for games. My family has been here twice already but I think we’ll be back next year.

Great amenities and more!

I brought my employees here last year; our unit seemed pre-selected for us. It had a swimming pool, arcade games set, and video games. Didn't know adults enjoyed these games until no one was watching, we played day and night.

Good value for money

The swimming pool, video games, and arcade games are the things in our holiday home that the kids like the most. This place suits both adults and kids, as they played their games, my wife and I tried a few recipes in the kitchen. We are going back, I didn’t quite get enough.

Great Place for Families

We loved our stay here. We had a couple of hiccups- pool heater wasn't turned on despite us paying for it way in advanced (they came and turned it on as soon as we told them and comped us for the day we couldn't use the pool), one towel that was supposedly clean had brown stuff on it (we washed it in high heat and it came out) but towels had trouble drying in the dryer, and the playground had bolts stolen from the climbing equipment and the metal fence was broken with an impalement hazard - management covered the pole. The house was clean, well stocked, and looked exactly like the pictures. The playground (despite the hazard section) was beautiful and the kids loved it, especially the astroturf). The game room was also a big hit...especially with the adults. The maintenance person, I believe his name was Hector, was fantastic. I would suggest all the different property managers for this place invest in a gate with a security fab to allow for easier entrance as a line existed frequently for entry. And add more parking spaces since people parked allover the already narrow road making it impossible to get to the house at times.

Very nice

We had a wonderful time. Maintenance requests were responded to immediately. The home was very clean, and matched the listing. The game room was a huge hit across all she groups, as was the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

MONEY WELL SPENT

I first would like to start by saying customer service for this rental was superb! VILLATELL, y’all are ON POINT, and for that I thank you! This house and amenities are very accommodating! Location if you have little kids 10 and under if MAGNIFICENT as there is a very kid friendly playground 30 yds from the front door! House is well stocked and everything is in order as should be for a brand new house! Plenty of cook & dinnerware and a huge dining table to accommodate a large group! Open concept home with an arcade and theater room! OMG the bedroom with the slide is a kids PARADISE!!! Pics in advertisement are spot on but don’t do this house justice! Called for service due to an issue with the cable and I swear 5 minutes later the tech was ringing the doorbell! Again ultra modern home with little to complain about! The only negative one may have is the privacy factor for a see through front door and sliding glass door with no curtains or drapes to add coverage! I did NOT deduct for this cause it was of no issue to me! Another negative (unrelated to the house) which is on the resort…. is entering the resort…..While check in is a breeze getting to the guard gate is a bit frustrating as sometimes there is a wait in traffic turning in (mine was 15 min) getting in the gate. Again this is a problem I’ve experienced in multiple resorts so I can’t deduct a start from this renter! Overall I hope I get to return to this house again! The pool for what we could use was well heated but to cold most days to use! Thank God for the arcade and the playground across the street! Again hats off to VILLATELL for ensuring that my MONEY WAS WELL SPENT! You guys truly delivered!

Outclass Villa! Loved it!

My last born won’t stop talking about this place, the swimming pool and arcade games really excited him. I took my family here last year, the little boys loved it. I noticed they’re putting up new homes, I guess I should try the new ones too.
