Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Cay! The home was lovely, especially the game room, which was a standout feature. Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-prepared upon our arrival. The management team stayed in touch throughout our stay and responded promptly to any concerns we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Clermont House

This was a wonderful house and the game room was great for the teens. Having the option to have the pool heated was really nice and we enjoyed it.

This property is beautiful. It was clean and well appointed. The big downside to this property is how close the neighbours are to the back where the pool is. It was noisy and there was no privacy. A privacy screen would at least block guests from the view of the neighbors. The other complaint is that 6 of the 7 bedrooms do not get adequate a/c. The whole top floor was unbearably hot during the day and a little less during the night. My guests suffered for the entire 7 days we were there.

Celebrating Life and Love

15 of us stayed very comfortably in this home. We celebrated my brother's 1st heavenly birthday and my 39th birthday. The children ranging from 2 to 17 loved the game room. So did some adults. Check in was super simple. Property staff were all ways responsive answering all of my questions. The home was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. We look foward to returning.The only thing that was an issue was the inconvenience and unprofessional encounter we occurred with the staff at the after hours gate. For some reason there is a policy that they have to verify a license to drive into the property. I find that very controlling and it simply makes no sense. As long as someone has a paid reservation and valid license no guest should be hassled or even asked to change drivers to proceed onto the property. None of those staff members are certified police officers or DMV staff to make such request.
