Great spot to relax while enjoying the theme parks

We stayed here while going to Disney world and universal studios and it was a great spot for our family to relax after the long days at the park.

Great Place For Out Family

This was perfect for our family. Great location, small pool in the back spoiled us, and use of resort pool was awesome too. Management company was very quick in responding to messages, and in fixing the few minor things that needed to be addressed. Our family said we’d love to stay here again!

Simply great!

The only issue was that the previous tenant disconnected the TVs entirely causing it to be difficult for me to set it up for my kids to watch something, other than that it was absolutely amazing!

Stay was fine but could use some improvement

Have stayed in this community before. Community amenities are good, Pool is great for the family. Close to Disney. Property was fine but some tweaks would add value. 1) Mattresses are noisy and not very supportive any longer. Sofa was a better night's rest. 2) Cleaning team could do better, Lint trap in the dryer was full of lint when we came in. Lint very visible in around the washer/dryer as well. Dishes put away with clear remnants of food in them. Things a property management company should be catching and addressing. Also, you can see signs of ceiling repair in several rooms due to some prior event, Patch work could be better. 3) Was not given prior notice, that I recall, that a pool cleaning company just comes in with no advance warning to service the pool. Scared the living hell out of my wife and daughter. A simple heads-up would have been very much appreciated. They were very good on other basic communications.
