Cindy was great to work with and answered all my questions quickly. The condo is very comfortable and the furnishings are good quality. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the large lanai. Thank you Cindy for a lovely place to stay on our trip.

We stayed here while traveling to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. We had a great stay and the host was very attentive, as well as the property manager. We had plenty of room. The community pool/gym area was just a short walk from the home. We appreciated having a communicative and accommodating host most importantly. Thanks so much.

Perfect condo for Disney Vacation

Wonderful property! Close to pool facilities and very convenient to get to Disney parks. The screened in patio was recently added and is a great place to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee. Will definitely stay here again!

Property was advertised. Clean, spacious, close to nearby attractions. House had everything we needed. Pool and lazy river was amazing, could spend an entire week just sitting around it. Would definitely visit again!!

2024 Family Vacation

Great location, Cindy our host was very helpful right from the booking. All bedrooms were exactly what we were looking for. Nice home and set up but visible wear and tear around the home. Perfect for families who will be out all day as will have less focus on the obvious bits of refurbishment required.

Nice stay

One of the best things about this stay was the great communication between myself and the incredible host. All my many questions and concerns were addressed immediately and in a helpful mannor. The condo is not far from any of the many Orlando attractions and yet it was nice to be outaide of the business of Orlando. Great onsite amenities! Definitely recommend this location!

Perfect for families

Place was great for us 8 people. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mom who is older and can't walk the stairs. Cindy was great at accommodating anything we needed.

We loved our stay it has everything you need,pots pans dishes towels and soaps. I loved the pool it had a hot tub lazy river a bar near the pool and an arcade. It was definitely worth the money I’m definitely coming back next year.

Owner was very responsive

One of the tvs blew out in a storm before we arrived and the owner was very good at informing me of the issue. Because I wanted tvs in all rooms she made sure one placed there before we arrived. Downstairs is a little tight as the area is small. Everything else was good. The rental was clean and quiet with no issues at all.

Gorgeous, centralized, well kept and most of all we were happy.

Great, minus tiny things

Fantastic stay. Gated community and amenities were resort-style. It would've been nice to have scissors, a sharpie, pen and paper in the kitchen. We loved how close it was to the clubhouse, and wished we had more time to spend at the pools. Thanks for everything!

Family vacation

It was nice enough for what we needed. The upstairs shower in the master bath drained slow as did the downstairs shower. The lighting in all the rooms was terrible. You couldn’t see anything. Other than that it was fine.

Adequate Stay

This property is bare bones and in need of TLC. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a TV but no cable box so tv is un useable. Property lists play station available for use but no power cord to be found, so that too was unusable. Each bedroom has only one small tiny lamp which provides very inadequate lighting especially for the older adults traveling with us. The hand rail going up stairs is pulling away from the wall and is unsafe to grab onto for stability. The blow dryer in lower level bathroom also unuseable. The kitchen cooking items are bare bones with the handles of some of the pans falling off. There is a large water stain on the dining area ceiling which I assume is from previous water leaking. This was probably the most basic rental we’ve ever stayed in and was adequate for the few nights we were there. The resort is nice however much closed early probably due to being off season. The unit is in a very safe neighborhood and the pool was nicely heated. We were 30-45 minutes from all shopping and attractions. This again is an adequate rental, and the owner was very prompt to respond. With a bit more tlc this could be quite a gem.
