Great cottage close to Disney

Great space for an extended family trip. The house was clean and comfortable, perfect to relax before and after a busy day.the neighborhood was quiet, and parking was easy, just outside the front door.

Tropical Family Time

Beautiful property and resort. Staff was very attentive and handled all issues quickly. Some of the linens were dingy and some had stains and may need to be replaced. And beds were a little too high. Shopping area was a good walk, but had everything we needed to eat or shop in a shortdrive or walk. Definitely will book again!

Overall good but could be better

This would be five stars across the board, but the customer service lacks a bit. The property was in great shape and there was plenty of room. Housekeeping should do a better job of cleaning in between sofa cushions and moving furniture out of the way and cleaning floors thoroughly. I only know this because we had to look for a lost earring! Additionally, we dried a few items of damp clothing After getting caught in the rain in the dryer. Forgot the dried clothes the next day upon our rush to get to the airport. Customer service told me that they could not be returned to me and that the cleaning crew threw them away because they were “soiled beyond of recovery.” Not true! They were only damp from raindrops when we put them in, so this was not true. When I I quoted further, I was ignored and still not given an explanation. But if you don’t happen to forget Boren’s, you’ll enjoy the property.
