Our home has 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms-sleeps 11. Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, making it the perfect choice for those travelers who prefer 1st floor living.
Each bedroom has a flat panel tv and cable tv package.
BBQ grill in included free of charge. Free long distance calling to US and Canada.
The house has a 60” HD TV, Mickey and Star Wars theme rooms and PS 4 with games for all ages.

The pie shape lot adds privacy as you won't have rear neighbors overlooking you at 10 feet away like other homes in this resort.

Note per Windsor Hills Community rules there is a 3 car maximum. Additional cars have to be pre-approved and are subject to availability of the over flow lot.

Windsor Hills is a Premier Vacation neighborhood in the Disney located 3 miles from the Disney Gate, and close to all of the major theme parks. This upscale gated community boast 24 hr. security, a community pool, new water slides and kid’s splash zone, games area, tennis courts and Movie Theatre. All of these amenities are included with stay! Convenience store on sight as well. Centrally located in Florida, and close to the major highways, this Windsor Hills luxury home allows visitors to easily visit beaches on either side the Atlantic Ocean side ( Cocoa Beach ) 50m ) or on the Gulf of Mexico side ( St Pete Beach 70m ) in an easy day visit. Other attractions within an easy drive include Cape Canaveral (1 hour), Daytona Beach and Speedway (1.5 hrs.). Nearby Professional sports teams include the Orlando Magic, Tampa Buccaneers, Tampa Bay rays, and Tampa Bay Lightning. Don’t forget in March the Grapefruit League baseball spring training is in full swing throughout Florida!

The space

One of the most important features of our home is that we offer a south facing pool so you can enjoy the sun any time of year and has no rear neighbors. Most south facing homes back right up to another property and are about 10 feet away from each other. Not my idea of relaxing! Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west limiting the amount of beautiful sun the pool our pool area will receive. We have one the premier lots in the neighborhood. The pie shape backyard orientation is simply one of the best and offers an enormous backyard bigger than most. This provides a fair amount of space and privacy for our pool.
Another great addition to the area is we have a large green space with a park directly across the street from our house which is a great feature. The home is center located and walking distance to the club house, three playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball courts.



Other things to note

A starter pack provided at the beginning of guest stays include: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel in kitchen, 1 tab for dishwasher and 1 trash bag. Cleaning supplies, and food items such as salt & pepper, and sugar are not provided.

Shuttle and other car services are available from resort for an additional cost through other providers. Information can be provided upon request.

***Parents and guardians are responsible at all times for the supervision of children in the pool area. The pool fence is supplied and is recommended to be up and locked when pool is not in use.
