My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house and pool were very clean. Would stay here again

Family and Friends Vacation

Beautiful property. Spacious, beautiful decor, very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was that the property sleeps 17 but there's not nearly enough dishes, bowls, pans, etc to cook meals, store leftovers in the refrigerator, etc. for that large number of people.

Gorgeous House!

Cannot say enough great things about this house, everything was perfect! Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful furniture and decor, gorgeous views, etc. Enough room for the entire family and then some. The hot water was disconnected on one side of the house but management was quick to respond and getting it hooked up again. Overall this house is definitely a 10 and I look forward to staying again should we have a reason to go to Orlando!

Palmilla Haven

House was as advertised which was great. Our only issue was we paid for heat for the hot tub but it never was, it is password controlled. Property management company was terrible about resolving this issue..called several times, said they would be there to fix and never showed. Still haven't refunded my $158.

Expected More

The home is in a beautiful location, but it needs significant updates and repairs. The management service, Florida Vacation Homes, was very responsive to my requests, but unfortunately, they couldn't fix everything, which resulted in a below-average stay. Future guests should be aware of several issues: at least two tubs and sinks leak from the faucet handles, causing water to spill onto the floor and even through the ceiling. One bathroom's shower doesn't get hot, and the two icemakers in the bar areas are non-functional. The living room couches either need to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. The outdoor fireplace is missing the remote control, so it can't be turned on, and the grill has limited hot spots and needs degreasing. Additionally, the TV above the outdoor fireplace can't connect to the internet, so it's unusable. During the first two days, I called the management service, and they promptly came out to address our concerns. However, I was informed that most issues couldn't be resolved during our stay. After that, I hesitated to call them again as more problems arose because we wanted to enjoy our stay without daily maintenance interruptions. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a different house next time I'm in the area.
