THE HOME WAS GREAT....BUT

The check in was smooth, the property was clean inside. The follow-up on arrival was good. Our flight was cancelled and we had to extend out stay. Stephanie Santiago was great in assisting me on this matter. Somewhere along the line the message was not conveyed to others. The next day I received messages that we had not vacated the property and additional charges would apply. repeated texts and emails followed explaining the situation. We were out for the day when this occurred. Once we arrived back from a very long day out....the door code provided to us no longer worked. I emailed...no response, I texted...no response...I phoned and the agent said we had checked out.... two in our party had to use bathrooms........................I explained and she then promptly opened the door remotely. I asked her for the new code as we were going to go back out for dinner in a bit. No code was sent....finally more vollying via email and a code was sent. I do not understand or would expect such a delay when staying at any of your sites, especially a high end home at reunion resort, Orlando. We are left with a rather large feeling of being let down. I have rented many homes over the years at reunion without any concerns in terms of service....this time I am left with the need to look at another company to book my next stay at Reunion in the next two months.

Amazing Stay

The property is beautiful! It was a great location with in the resort overlooking the Golf course that really makes you feel like you are on vacation. Most days we enjoyed just hanging out at the house swimming in the pool and using the outdoor kitchen

Return to Palmilla Villa

This is our second stay at Palmilla Villa. This home is absolutely gorgeous, and well maintained. Except for a few things of the usual wear and tear that needs fixing or replacing, the property is perfect for our group of family and friends. We had an issue with air conditioner in the bedrooms, but was addressed and fixed within an hour of our call. It seems as though much of the kitchen wares that we remember being there last year, including utensils have gone missing. We made do with what was available, and with what we brought with us, but the owners really need to do a walk through and make note of items missing, and needing replacement. Other than that, the backyard patio and pool are just as beautiful as we remembered, and pool heating was perfect, but though no fault of the owner, current construction beyond the property to build more homes really took away from the original peaceful and serene views we loved so much during our last stay, but that won’t keep us away from this wonderful vacation rental. We’ll be back!

Amazing home, resort style living!

Pictures on website cannot possibly depict the actual home! Owners went above and beyond with quality furniture, decor, utilizing each space for pure comfort! Although we spent the majority of our time on the spacious, well appointed covered patio, the home in itself was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back!
