Christmas get away

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had 7 people stay here for 3 nights. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and not feel cramped at all. The decor and cleanliness of the condo made it feel fresh and new. We enjoyed the pool on the first night, then we spent the following days at Universal which was just a short drive away. Highly recommend staying here!

Travel Baseball

We were in town for a tournament and this townhouse provided a safe and comfortable place to stay about 20 mins from our fields. Shopping and dinning were very convenient to access, could be walking distance for some. The check in and out prosess was very convenient and rules were reasonable and easy to abide by. Definitely would look at staying if we were to visit the area again.

Spacious townhouse

We were in town for a softball tournament and this location was convenient. The unit was spacious and nicely equipped, although the carpet needs a steam clean or replacing and the nightstands were worn. Wifi and tv were great. We also made use of the community pool and fitness center. The unit was missing glasses when we arrived and the ice maker was/is broken. The property manager delivered glasses the next day as well as ice cube trays, which we appreciated. It also was helpful that there was toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwashing tablets provided.

Clean but lacking in amenities

We have stayed in multiple rental properties and although the location is ideal and the house was clean and spacious, there are a lot of reasons we will not return. The kitchen only had the bare minimum of appliances and silverware, plates, but no basics such as salt and pepper. There were no K-Cups for coffee. The ice machine was broken in the freezer. The beds were very uncomfortable in each room and the mattress pads along with aging furniture caused them to be very loud. The remote for the TV in the main room did not work. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, but missing knobs/handles in the spare bathroom and the master bathroom tub is very deep and slippery. It was difficult to get in and out of dangerous. There was no binder or information to let you know of area favorites (restaurants, etc) and no explanation on how to use the pool/fitness center or where it was located. Overall, these are easy updates, but it did not meet our expectations based on the description and other reviews.
