10/10 Excellent

"Great area, great hotel, good option for brkfast. Recommendations for staff to often visit the pool area. A dog was in the pool which caused us to leave but they weren't ask to remove him from pool. Parking is available and it is costly. Asking management to update their description to add cost.and not to say its available as that to mean means free of cost but it is not free. Rest all is great"

"Resort was very good overall. Front desk staff were helpful, but most others didn't speak English. Pool rules were not reinforced, and not enough shade was found. Daily parking fees are really high, and a few elevators didn't work, which make navigating an already complex floorplan even harder!"

"The property could use better upgrades and some TLC, theres a lot of noticeable wear and tear at the water park and locker rooms. My room had a very strong smell either mold or mildew from the AC. The room and property is clean and staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is great and the arcade is fun for the kids."

"The staff were very attentive and friendly. However, I believe more personnel are needed for the check-in process. During my stay, I waited more than 30 minutes to check in. The employees were very kind and professional, but the wait time could be improved with additional staff. I also think the Starbucks store could benefit from having more employees and a wider selection of products. That said, considering the prices, it was still a good experience overall."
