bad trip

We were met with many obstacles. Here is the list. 1. 2 bath towels and we were signed up for 4 people2. Tub was severely cracked on one end3. outlets that didn't work4. switches not labeled5. garbage disposal did not work6. dishwasher was listed in the listing - there wasn't one7. refrigerator froze all our food the first couple of days - we had to turn it to 3 to not have that happen8. no drain cover for the bathroom sink 9. wasted days of our vacation waiting for handy man to come patch the tub twice

Great Location

It was pretty quiet, but there were neighbors using the road as a drag strip late at night which I did not like. I was almost passed illegally entering Sherwood by residents and they nearly hit my vehicle. I did not like that at all and management at the property should’ve followed up with me, but did not seem concerned at all by unruly behavior by their own residents. The home was comfortable, but also felt like I needed to remove trash and do things a hotel wouldn’t have their guests do, so I didn’t like doing that, especially since the dumpster was a complete disaster and smelled horrendous. I advised the property manager of ants in the home and also cockroaches. I don’t know if pest management ever came, but I ended up spraying because the ants were all over. I gave the rating I did though because overall my experience was great. Thank you for accommodating me and allowing me to start my new life here in Florida.
