Great for our big family gathering but we had some issues

Plenty of room for our big family and we all had an amazing vacation! Property manager was responsive but some issues were never fixed.2 of the bunk beds bedding were clearly never washed from previous guests. One had sand in it and the other smelled like urine.Skee Ball and Air hockey machine were broken. I let the manager know but no one ever came to fix them.I paid extra to heat the pool but had issues with the heat being way to hot after the fool guy came and turned on the hot tub to over flow into the pool. This was also not fixed.
