The Space:

This stately home, with room for 14 guests, is the perfect choice for an extended family vacation. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, exploring the numerous nearby attractions, or simply unwinding in luxurious spaces, this incredible destination is designed to make each day feel like a dream come true.



Located within the gates of the desirable Solterra Resort community and just a 2-minute walk to “The Grand Clubhouse”, guests will enjoy a host of onsite amenities such as the resort pool with water slide, poolside cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. The kids will enjoy floating along the lazy river, while parents can enjoy a soak in the hot tub while sipping on frozen cocktails from the poolside café.



Situated on the Ronald Reagan Parkway, you’ll be ideally positioned for a trip to Disney and all other popular attractions. You’ll also be just a short drive to ChampionsGate Village, benefitting from an incredible selection of dining and shopping. Numerous award-winning championship golf courses offer a day on the links to work on your swing, while you can satisfy you retail side at the Posner Park Shopping Mall inclusive of a multiscreen cinema complex among a wide variety of stores and restaurants.



The home’s sunny exterior is a welcoming sight upon arrival, a sign of good things to come both inside and out. Sitting on a premium lot with no rear neighbors and scenic views of the lake, privacy is in abundance as you set down the bags and head out to the fully enclosed lanai to kick off your vacation with a swim in your own sparkling inground pool. Grab a good book and air dry on comfortable chaise lounge seating while you soak up the plentiful Florida sunshine. Shade seekers will find plenty of comfortable patio seating just steps away from the fun, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch al fresco served up at the dining table. As evening falls, relax your tired muscles in the hot tub or gather around the tabletop firepit and swap stories of the day’s adventures while planning for the next to come.



Stepping indoors, cool grey tile flooring and soothing neutral tones immediately place you in a state of relaxation, where well-earned downtime is spent catching up with loved ones in modern spaces expertly curated to maximize connectivity. Sink into plush sectional sofa seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The open floorplan creates organic flow into the stylish kitchen, showcasing stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and crisp white cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Snag a high-top stool at the island for quick and casual bites or gather around the dining table for a formal meal with cushy seating for 8. You’ll want to clear those dishes quickly, converting dining to billiards for an after-dinner activity certain to liven up the party. If you prefer to keep things a little more low-key, head upstairs to the theater room and immerse yourself in a new flick while you munch on all your favorite shacks.



This home sleeps up to 14 guests.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle, and smart TV.



Bedroom #5 includes a full size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #6 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes 3 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the street where marked. Guests will receive a maximum of 5 parking passes upon arrival.

• An additional one-time resort fee of $48 will be due upon arrival, payable by credit or debit card only. Guests will receive a Resort Access Card (2 cards max per party) granting access to the pool, as well an entry code granting access to the gym.



• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to..

• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.

• Pack ‘n Play and highchair available for rent. Please contact (321) 800-4882 to arrange.



This home is located in a prime location with all major attractions just a hop, skip, and a jump away; Walt Disney World (12 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (12 miles), Universal Studios (21 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22 miles), and SeaWorld (17 miles), Busch Gardens (61 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 10 miles away. A day trip will take you several local beaches, including Clearwater Beach (85 miles), Cocoa Beach (77 miles), and Daytona Beach (84 miles).



HOUSE RULES

1. This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs

2. Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.

3. Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

4. Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.

5. Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.

6. Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
