My husband and I stayed in this unit for a month. Upon entry, it's a beautiful unit. It has an incredible balcony and view. We love the flow. It is a lovely large condo. Plenty of room. The beds are comfortable. That's where it ends for me. The first thing I noticed were splatters on the walls and general dirt/dust on all of the door framing insets. The kitchen is ill-equipped for a long stay. We travel and I love to cook when we are away for months at a time. There were very basic items in the kitchen. There were no large pots nor a roaster. I ended up buying myself a nice skillet I could put in the oven and an electric skillet to use. The butchers block had very dull knives not to mention, the first one I pulled out was covered in nasty. It looked like someone had cut a steak and just put it back into the block - grease, seasoning and all. The kitchen scissors (2 pair) were both caked with unknown foods. Also, there were a couple of dirty plates in the cabinets and dirty mugs in the cabinet. Which I learned that if you don't wash your dishes first completely, the dishwasher will not clean them. Almost all of the forks' tines were wonky and the kettle didn't have a handle cover - it had been taken off. I did address most of these problems with the management and they did offer to have their ppl come clean again, but I had already done so. I bring my own cleaning products as we stay for so long. Also, I didn't want them to come in while we were there after I complained.
Something I'd never seen before was a book that had pictures of absolutely everything in the condo. Letting us know that if anything was missing or broken they would know and would charge us for it. I can not say I've ever come across this in any of our previous rentals (not even where we are atm). It really made you feel like a criminal from that moment. I don't know what kind of people have been staying there, but for us, it didn't make us feel welcome at all. So I sent pictures of everything I could find wrong so we didn't get dinged for it. As for towels, we only had 2 washcloths. There was no broom, so I bought a swiffer.
The drive anywhere was horrible. Traffic in Orlando is not ideal, but getting to the parks from Reunion wasn't as easy as it makes it sound on the website. Also, the amenities are really not worth it as they are all so far away from this unit.
As I said, the balcony and view were beautiful. That's pretty much where it ended.
