The Space:

This spacious resort home is designed for easy family stays, group getaways, and theme park trips. Set in the gated High Grove community, it gives guests a quiet place to recharge with a private screened pool, a converted garage game room, and access to community amenities. Walt Disney World is 9.4 miles away, with Target, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, shopping centers, and outlet malls nearby.



Inside, the living area offers comfortable seating, cable TV, and a relaxed spot to unwind after a full day out. The dining table seats 6 and can also be used for meals, games, or remote work. The kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, everything needed to prepare meals, a coffee maker, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools for casual dining.



All bedrooms are upstairs and include TVs:

There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath for added convenience.

Guests also have access to a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.



High Grove’s community amenities include a clubhouse swimming pool, mini golf, children’s playground, table tennis, grill and picnic area, fitness center, arcade room, cyber café, and golf club rentals. The clubhouse also hosts family-friendly activities such as movies, crafts, and gaming. Drinks, snacks, and ice cream are available for purchase.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and your private pool during your stay. And, of course, access to the resort amenities on site.

The home is set in High Grove, a quiet residential resort community with no through traffic, giving guests a calm place to unwind after busy days out. It’s centrally located near Orlando’s major theme parks and attractions, including Walt Disney World, just 9.4 miles away.



Guests will also be close to restaurants for casual dinners or adults’ nights out, plus shopping centers and outlet malls for a little retail therapy. Golfers have plenty of nearby courses to choose from, with Polo Park East Golf Club among the closest options. Disney Springs and Lake Buena Vista are 12.5 miles away, offering more dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Other Things to Note:

Pool

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

- The A/C unit can also be set to heat as well. We ask that you please don't set it any higher than 80℉.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided within 24 hours before your arrival.
