Beautiful home but not up to par

Beautiful home but wasn't cleaned well (floors dirty and stained from coffee spills) and had several issues like a broken microwave door above stove so you had to dodge that. Outside patio furniture was dirty/moldy and torn. I did try to resolve these and the only thing done was they brought a pool skimmer the third day to get a few bugs out of the pool. No offer for a partial refund or future discount.

Disappointed

First let me start by saying this house have one of the most beautiful outdoors patios I've seen however the actual house is very small it states that it can hold up to 8 people I do believe which might be so with a family that have small kids but for families with older kids or teens this is not a ideal place to stay the kitchen is super small two people couldn't be in the kitchen moving around or cooking together the master is upstairs which I didn't like also the room downstairs don't have a TV, the washer is located in the kitchen while the dryer is across the living room, the first room upstairs is si small there's no room for dressers so they have plastic dressers and the beds thought out the house is very small.
