Self catering Villa sleeps 8 situated on secluded gated resort with golf course and childrens play area, 2 min from 192 attractions.brand new 60 inch tv just been put in Fully air conditioned .Furnished to an excellent standard ensuring your holiday is both relaxing and enjoyable. There is cable TV ,DVD player, free internet access, u.s.,canada calls and a new games room with 8 ft pool table,table soccer,darts and table tennis table,.Boasting a west facing view overlooking a tranquill lake.The main room is large and spacious with plenty of room for all the family to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, with patio doors leading to spacious pool and deck area. The family sized washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a full compliment of towels. master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, 42 inch TV large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. There are 3 other spacious bedrooms,1 queen sized bedroom and 2 twin beds en suite. The pool area provides ample space to soak up the Florida sun and pool heating 10 dollars a day

Nice stay
House needs maintenance done to it, it was not what I would call clean. Several things broke and rigged back together. The property maintenance is poor. The pool was dirty at the bottom and no way to clean it out so we didn’t use it. Vrbo reviews and pics made this house look like a great clean place to stay and honestly I was disappointed.

Wonderful stay!
The hosts were very communicative, all instructions were clear and simple. The house was super clean and had all the amenities we needed! Love the view and the pool! We had fun using the ping pong table! Would stay here again.

Great stay in Kissimmee!
The house was quite large, which was a surprise! Lots of room as there were only four of us and a baby. The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. We had one small issue, but the owner rectified it immediately. Excellent communication with the owners as they get back to you very quickly. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed playing pool. The best part was the outdoor space. Really enjoyed watching all the wildlife. It is quite a sanctuary there. Plenty of birds, large turtles, otters and the alligators entertained us every day. We were happy to be screened in the lanai! There was no gas barbecue, but we purchased a very inexpensive propane BBQ from Walmart and then at the end of the week we sold it on marketplace! Easy, peasy. It is very difficult to find one for rent for the week.

We were in Orlando for a work trip...we booked this house to be in a nice neighborhood with a great view. Everything was perfect. The hosts were awesome and the property was as advertised. Great little neighborhood as well.

Everything was great!
Property as described and pictured. Lots of space and pool/lake was beautiful. Close to universal and sea world without going on I4, which was a plus. Also close to Publix. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood with lots of grass and sidewalks. Pool could use some handrails. Hot water was really hot in showers.

Beautiful home, escape from reality
I loved everything about this property from the check in process to cleanliness to communication from the owners. I spent a bulk of my time in the back by the pool looking at the pond behind it. Just relaxing and peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, would love to come back!

Great location and house
My family and I spent Christmas on the property and it was great. The only issue I had was the pool heater that was not on and it took a while for them to turn it on so we could only enjoy it on the last day unfortunately. Besides that everything was great!
