Upon check in the home was an oven there was no air-conditioning was off

Not only was the air conditioner off. The refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor. There was no internet. The TVs were not working for three days, the remotes were not working, the tvs upstairs were not hooked up to anything I had no access to any forms of news entertainment for the kids nothing. The washer and dryer area was dirty with pure lint that escapes through the back of the dryer. Was out and about with the family and was receiving phone calls about issues that should have been dealt with by someone else prior to us being there. It was extremely frustrating to be on vacation and having to deal with this.. there was a police chase in this gated community.. it was just too much.. I felt a lack of privacy since we were actively staying there and other people were having to come by while we were out .. I just felt a lack of privacy....IT WAS A NIGHTMARE

Beautiful House

The house is exactly what you seeing the pictures. Clean house, clean pool, cooking utensils etc. My issue was that I verified with Lynn prior to booking my stay that the internet worked well. I had 3 teens that needed to log into school during our stay. I was guaranteed that it worked. Well 1st day, internet clocked out. Would not work at all. Now, I have 3 teens not able to log in and cell phones not working because the service in that area is awful for all cell services except AT&T. So, we couldn't even use our hotspots as a back up. They did not come until the next day. They had to changed out the router entirely. Worked for 24 hours and then the internet crashed again. I had to call the office again at noon the next day. They were not able to get anyone out until Thursday morning. Plot twist after turning the router off and on 5 to 6 times. It came back on about 5am the next morning. Randell was the nicest one out of all the reps that I talked too. He was the only one that offered some type of compensation for my stay BUT there was NO word of it ever go again. Do not pay extra for a heated pool. The pool didn't heat up until 3 days into our stay and by the 4th day it was back to the cold temp. So we actually paid $150 plus tax to have a heated pool and Jacuzzi for a lil over 24 hours. We got there on a Sunday and checked out that following Friday.

House rental in Davenport, FL

It was a very nice stay overall. We love the privacy. Other than a couple of things which were needing fixing (and were taken care of), we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this home.

Family friendly house

Very good house for family, in our case 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The only thing missing was more glasses. Only 4 wineglasses. And also no plastic glasses and dishes for outside usage other than that it was great stay and location good.
