Amazing Tiny Homes!

Awesome little setup and perfecrly close to all that you need within 10 mins without being in a hotel setting. It was super nice to wake up and look at the water outside the kitchen window. Would definitely come back again!

As described

I took two of my three kids down to Orlando for a couple days for a kayaking trip. This property was perfectly located as it was not too far from airport nor too far from the river.

Don't waste your money

Property is not what the pictures show. This property was filthy, hair all over the place, smelled moldy, furniture/cabinets were all beat up with chips, etc., there were wasps and horseflies inside the tiny house. The front door had no lock, only a bar that slide over the top so not very secure feeling. Property manager would not refund our money even though after only about an hour at the property we emailed to say we would not stay there due to the condition and we left. After that we emailed with him several times asking him to issue refund since we did not stay there, but he never responded, only one time to say he could have moved us to another location. Area in town is also not very safe nor secure. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone.

Big time in a Tiny House

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and proximity to the lake. Kayaking was relaxing and Rich was always helpful. We stayed first at the Breeze last week and I preferred that unit because of the deck space, but my wife liked the Bermuda more. Obviously both were really nice.

Nice tiny house

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. People were friendly. We saw otters and turtles in the lake from the dock. We didn’t have time during our stay to enjoy going out in the lake but definitely a nice amenity. The house had everything we needed. The top bunk and loft beds were very comfortable. Very comfortable in the space and a unique experience staying in a tiny house! Also really appreciated the overall design and fun colors!

Great Stay!

We had a great time! The tiny house was perfect for us and the lake is nice. While there isn’t much right there, everything we needed was only a very short drive: grocery stores, great restaurants, pharmacies, whatever we needed. The only downside was there wasn’t a pot big enough to cook pasta in! We are already thinking about a return trip!
